Small Parts
Our products do contain small parts. Please always use adult supervision with any of our GirlyKurlz accessories. Babies and little children love to put things in their mouths, so please don't let them put any GirlyKurlz items in their mouths for safety reasons. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents. All our products are to be used at your own risk. By placing an order, you agree that GirlyKurlz accepts no liability for use, misuse or lack of supervision while using our products. What is a Non Slip Grip?
A non slip grip is a thin rubbery piece added to the inside of the alligator clip. This helps to keep the bow in the hair a little better.
How Long Does it Take to Ship Orders Out?
Since each hair bow is different and these are all custom made, it can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. The turnaround time right now is 1-2 weeks to create your unique bow and then take in consideration the shipping time as well. So all together please allow at least up to 3 weeks to receive your order.
How are your orders shipped out?
We ship all our orders in boxes with tissue paper. We do our best to ensure that your items will get to you as safe as possible.
Do You Offer Customization?
YES! A lot of our bows have been created from requests from our customers. If you'd like to change a color within a bow, we can do that too. We'll send you a picture as well to make sure it's exactly how you'd like it. We work with you!Do You Offer Discounts or Coupons?
Yes! We love discounts, who doesn't! There's a little box at the bottom right hand of the screen that you can click for a coupon code as long as you don't mind following us, liking us or joining our mailing list.
Do You Stock Your Bows?
ALL bows are custom made for you when you order. We make what we like for our daughters and since everything is sooooo adorable we offer the same bows to you!
I Need a Specific Color to Match My Daughters Outfit, How Can I Make Sure I Get the Ribbon Color I Need?
Sometimes the resolution on your computer screen can be deceiving. If you want to make sure the ribbon matches an outfit, just let us know which color or item you're looking at and we can send you a sample piece of ribbon free of charge.
